REMINDER; REQUEST FOR THE NIGER DELTA DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (NDDC) 2020 BUDGET
Foundation for Environmental Rights, Advocacy & Development (FENRAD) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization and was founded in 2004 as Foundation For Environment, Human Rights, & Good Governance (FENHRGG). It was officially registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja in 2012 with registration CAC/IT/NO 48555 under the Federal Republic of Nigeria laws as Foundation For Environmental Rights, Advocacy & Development (FENRAD). Our area of focus is Human rights, Anti Corruption and Good Governance, Environmental Protection and Social Justice.
In compliance with the Provision of the Freedom of Information Act which entitled us a Rights Group to Request for or gain information from Government institutions, individuals and corporate organizations.
We write you this REMINDER on behalf of our organization FENRAD NIGERIA and Niger Delta Advocacy Groups in compliance with the provision of section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2011 and Part V, Section 19(b) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 to remind you of our earliest request for the NDDC budget 2020 which the SEVEN DAYS notice served your organization has elapsed.
We hereby requesting your office to make available to us the Niger Delta Development 2020 Budgets and list of the procurement activities made in the year 2020 in furtherance of project execution in the budget. The following information in addition to the requested budget document:

Details of Vendors used in the procurement process and Details of the Bidding process.
Details of the contractors who executed the Projects.
Details of the Executed Projects which include the location of the projects
Amount Budgeted and the Process of the Disbursement
